MaryBeth McCabe, Esquire
MaryBeth McCabe is the President of the Bucks County Collaborative Law Group. She believes that families who are experiencing a divorce need the full support that the Collaborative team provides to help them successfully transition to their life after divorce.
MaryBeth is a trained Collaborative Divorce Attorney and a Certified family mediator. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the PBA Collaborative Law Section. As a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, she participates in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and the Family Law Section. She volunteers as a mediator for the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program.
MaryBeth has practiced law in Doylestown, Bucks County since 1997. She earned a B.A. in Political Science in 1981 from Pennsylvania State University and earned her Juris Doctor in 1984 from Temple University School of Law.
