Our commitment at my shop is to the artisan quality of our hand-sewn, locally produced Canadian outerwear. We believe in providing personalized service, which extends to a highly flexible exchange process. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return merchandise for a refund or exchange.

Direct Exchange for Sizing
Recognizing that luxury outerwear needs to fit perfectly, we offer a Direct Exchange Service for simple size or colour swaps. If the desired replacement item is in stock, we will ship the exchange item immediately upon receiving your return tracking number, even before the returned item reaches our facility. This minimizes your wait time and gets the perfectly-sized coat to you faster, demonstrating our high level of customer commitment.

Refund Conditions and Packaging
Refunds are processed only for items returned in new, resellable condition. For items crafted from delicate materials like cashmere or fine wool blends, we stress the importance of reusing the original protective packaging, including the dust bag and hanger, to prevent wrinkling and maintain the garment’s pristine fashion and quality during transit. Returns that arrive heavily wrinkled or soiled will incur a restocking fee deducted from the refund, or may be rejected outright if the item is no longer deemed saleable.

Customized and Bespoke Items
Please note that our highly personalized custom-made or bespoke winter coats, which are tailored to individual specifications, are not eligible for a refund. These are considered a final sale. However, should your custom coat require a minor fit adjustment, we offer a complimentary first-time alteration service through our atelier to ensure the perfect fit, demonstrating our confidence in the master craftsmanship of our team.

Refund Processing Details
Once your return is inspected, we typically process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. We ensure the refund is credited back to the original method of payment, providing a clear and traceable transaction history for your protection.
